Returns and exchanges

Subject to the following, we will happily refund you by mail or at the branch of your choice, according to the original method of payment, any unworn merchandise, in perfect resalable condition and in its original box.
You have up to 30 days from the shipping date to make a return.
*Restrictions: Final sale on all merchandise reduced by 50% or more. -

- You will need your email address and your order number to make your request.
- Following your request, we will approve your return or exchange request as soon as possible.
- You will then receive an email containing a prepaid return label.
Please note that initial shipping costs are not refunded and a $4.99 fee is deducted from any mail-in refund.

Orders will be shipped by Canada Post within two to seven business days following the invoice date.
Please note that during busy periods, services may be slowed down. Please note that there may be a slightly longer delivery time during peak periods such as sales (Black Friday, Boxing Day), during the holiday period or in connection with situations beyond our control. -

You must allow a period of 3 working days before initiating a service ticket with the delivery partner. Sometimes the package will arrive the next day or two days after.
